Soho was born when our founder got fed up with London fitness studios that felt more like exclusive clubs or soulless corporate chains. After one particular experience of feeling a lack of belonging and a craving for deeper community, the idea for a different kind of space was born. We opened in 2022, bringing together a squad of trainers who are as nice as they are knowledgeable. We've stayed intentionally cosy by focusing on one perfect location rather than world domination. Quality over quantity here!

Alisha's classes blend serious technique with killer playlists and just the right amount of challenge. Outside the studio, she's an iced coffee enthusiast regardless of the weather, reluctant marathon runner, and firm believer that dancing in your kitchen is the best exercise.
